FM Reklama Service Excellence Training

FM Reklama and ISN Albania built a multi-level 5-day project aimed to touch on management areas like team dynamics, communication, and excellence in customer service. We started by designing and implementing a 3-day long and multi-channel mystery shopping evaluation. Psychometric testing was then followed by a high-powered training session to address the issues identified.
